Introduction: Paragangliomas (PGL) are rare tumours of neuroendocrine origin. Those localized in urinary bladder account for 10% of all PGL. They arises from chromaffin tissue of the sympathetic nervous system that is embedded in the muscle layer of the bladder wall.
