Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (PanNETs) are clinically challenging diseases as they display variable outcomes. We performed genome sequencing on 100 sporadic, primary pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (PanNETs) and defined the underlying mutagenic mechanisms and mutations promoting this rare malignancy.
