Familial hypocalciuric hypercalcaemia (FHH) is a rare but highly penetrant autosomal dominant condition, which is characterised by lifelong mild-to-moderate hypercalcaemia in association with normal or mildly raised serum parathyroid hormone (PTH) concentrations.
