Carney’s triad; a diagnosis based on the presence of three associated neoplasms; epithelioid leiomyosarcoma, pulmonary chondroma, and extra-adrenal paraganglioma remains a rare diagnosis. Here we report a 52-year-old female investigated for chronic cough.
