Introduction: Adrenal haemorrhage (AH) carries high mortality and morbidity. It can be unilateral or bilateral (BAH), trauma or non-trauma (NT) related. The predisposing factors include adrenal tumours, anticoagulation, thrombocytopenia, sepsis, thromboembolic disease, pregnancy, liver transplant and vaccine-induced-immune-thrombocytopenia-and-thrombosis.
