Side effects of topical corticosteroids in the treatment of psoriasis: a case report

Using topical corticosteroids, severe adverse reactions occur very rarely, especially - adrenal insufficiency. We describe the case of a patient who presented adrenal insufficiency using topical GCC. 28 y/o female with a history of mild form psoriasis was treated with topical GCC (DERMOVATE) for about 12 years.
