Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA), previously known as Wegener’s granulomatosis, is a rare heterogeneous vasculitic disease characterised by necrotising granulomatous inflammation typically affecting lungs and kidneys. GPA affecting pituitary is rare and usually results in posterior pituitary involvement causing diabetes insipidus.
