Introduction: Hypercalcemia with pheochromocytoma usually occurs as part of MEN syndrome associated with parathyroid adenomas or hyperplasia. Here, we present a case of malignant pheochromocytoma with hypercalcemia caused by the secretion of PTHrP secretion tumour itself.
