Two cases of anticoagulation-induced pituitary macroadenoma apoplexy

Background: Pituitary apoplexy is a rare complication of pituitary adenomas, especially nonfunctioning tumors. It is associated with severe headache, which may be accompanied by visual disturbances or ocular palsy.
