Background: Neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) represent a heterogenous group of neoplasms and their diagnosis can be challenging. In 2019, FDA approved 68Gallium labeled DOTATATE PET tracer for SSTR2 overexpressing NETs, which has been widely adopted since.
