Introduction: We describe a 31-year-old man with sarcoidosis found having concomitant primary hyperparathyroidism and vitamin D deficiency. Although hypercalcaemia is common in sarcoidosis, when accompanied by hypophosphatemia and resistance to steroids, should suggest coexisting primary hyperparathyroidism\..
