Introduction: Nuclear medicine procedures offer a possibility of tracing tumor cells based on their physiology. Gastrin-Releasing Peptide receptor (GRPr) is aberrantly expressed in numerous cancers, among them prostate cancer. Effective targeted therapy for advanced endocrine malignancies is a goal of modern endocrinology.
