Background: Sézary syndrome (SS) is a more aggressive leukemic variant of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL). Bexarotene (Targretin) is a synthetic rexinoid analogue designed for the treatment of advanced stages of cutaneous manifestations of CTLC.
