Introduction: Lithium associated hyperparathyroidism (LAH) resulting in hypercalcaemia is a known problem. Treatment options are limited in frail elderly patients with multiple co-morbidities, in whom parathyroid surgery could be dangerous. Cinacalcet, a calcimimetic agent can be an alternative option.
