A 54 year old male was referred by GP for abnormal TFT. Thyroid function was done routinely. TSH 3.0 (normal 0.5 to 4.5), FT4-25.2. GP repeated the TFT twice, and both of them were similar. This is 66 year old lady was referred by GP for Abnormal TFT. Her TFT was done routinely and showed TSH-2.7, FT4-9.8. Patient did not have symptoms of hypothyroidism, or did not have any weight gain.
