We present three cases of females with low body weight that needed large amounts of anti-thyroid drugs – 4–5 mg/kg Thiamazole and 50 mg/kg of Propylthiouracil. We have studied 5 cases of insulinomas presented in our clinic in 2004–2005 with typical signs and symptoms of hypoglycemia correlated with high insulinemia.
