The giant prolactin macroadenomas are generally compress if their treatment is very difficult. The surgical treatment is disappointing and is generally resistant to Bromocriptine.Patients: 05 Patients (male) hospitalized for giant prolactin macroadenoma >to 04 cm (4–7 cm). 4/5 had less than 35 years (24–49 years) they had an intracranial tumoral syndrome, a deterioration of vision and visual field (oedema - optical atrophy – blindness)...
