Chris Cheyette is senior diabetes specialist dietitian at Kings College Hospital. He is also co-founder and author of the best selling Carbs & Cals series of books and app which have won numerous awards for their simple yet innovative pictorial approach to helping people understand the nutrients in their food choices.
