This talk will take you though my journey from medical student to professor of medicine - all the while talking about the science I’ve been involved with. In particular, it will focus on where I’ve been able to enhance the education of others - through my work with the SCE in diabetes and endocrinology, as president of the diabetes and endocrine section of the RSM through to my time as chair of ABCD
