Introduction: Hyperglycaemic Hyperosmolar State (HHS) is characterised by Hypovolemia, marked hyperglycaemia, Osmolality of 320 mosmol/kg or more with the absence of acidosis and hyperketonaemia (Ph > 7.3, bicarbonate > 15 mmol/l).
