Introduction: Idiopathic Isolated Adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) deficiency (IIAD) is a rare cause of secondary adrenal insufficiency. It can present with a variety of clinical symptoms, mainly chronic fatigue and euvolemic hyponatraemia, and may coexist with autoimmune disease, most commonly Hashimotos thyroiditis.
