A systematic review of pituitary apoplexy and Takotsubo cardiomyopathy

Introduction: Pituitary apoplexy is defined as a clinical syndrome resulting from sudden hemorrhage or infarction of the pituitary gland, mostly within a pituitary micro/macroadenoma.
