A 26-year-old woman was referred to our outpatient clinic, presenting with growing left sided neck mass. She was in remission of GravesÂ’ disease for the last two years.Ultrasound examination revealed isoechogenic nodule with microcalcifications in the upper third of the left thyroid lobe measuring 9×6×6 mm and conglomerate of lymph nodes on the left side of the neck, the largest node measuring 37×21×13 mm.
