Both pituitary and adrenal gland metastases of lung cancer are very rare. A 79-year-old male patient with diabetes mellitus and hypertension was admitted to our hospital because of a mass in the lungs of the thorax CT. TSH: <0.005 UIU/ml (0.27–4.2), free T4: 0.794 ng/dl (0.93–1.7).
