Dietary intake of linoleic, linolenic, oleic, and arachidonic acid PPAR-gamma gene expression in visceral and subcutaneous adipose tissue among healthy subjects

Objective: To investigate whether peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPAR-gamma) gene expression in visceral and subcutaneous adipose tissue was related to intake of several fatty acid intakes.Methods: For the current study 97 subjects (41 non-obese, 18 obese, and 38 morbid obese) were selected.
